ICT Apprentice

Provide first-line IT support to clients via phone, email, and live chat Help troubleshoot hardware, software,and user issues Log and manage support tickets in our service desk system Work with senior engineers to diagnose and resolve technical problems Assist users with setting up and using computers, software, and IT systems Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members Maintain accurate records of support calls and technical issues Help ensure all clients receive excellent customer service

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship
