About the Role

We are looking for experienced self-employed Builders or Building Teams to work with us across the North Lancashire and Cumbria region, delivering conservatory bases and extension work to a high standard.

We can offer regular, ongoing work, reliable payments, and an immediate start for the right individuals or teams.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out high-quality building work on conservatories, extensions, and basesEnsure all work is completed to company and industry standardsMaintain strong Health & Safety standards on siteDeliver excellent customer service while working in customers’ homesRepresent the company professionally and maintain our reputationPlan work effectively and meet agreed deadlinesWork collaboratively with installation teams and site personnel

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for builders or building teams with proven experience in:

Conservatory bases (essential)Extensions, conservatories, or orangeriesGeneral building and groundworkWorking to deadlines while maintaining high standardsCustomer-facing work within domestic environments

You will also need:

Full UK Driving LicenceOwn transport and toolsRelevant Public Liability InsuranceStrong knowledge of site Health & SafetyA reliable and professional approach to work
