Portuguese Speaking Camp Manager- Remote SiteAfricaCamp Manager responsible as overall manager for the effective delivery of all services, as detailed within the Company’s Contract with the Client, with strict adherence to the policies and procedures established by the Company and the Client.On a daily basis oversee all aspects and work practice carried out by all functions within the project (catering, maintenance, housekeeping, etc.) using planning, monitoring, quality and controllingprocesses, to ensure that the services are delivered on time, on budget and to specification.Essential Qualifications:
Experience working on medium sites (at least 2,500-3,000 people)Minimum of Diploma in Hotel Management /Facility ManagementExcellent man-management skillsStrong working knowledge of the services required on site and related mattersStrong leadership, organizational and communication skillsVery structured mind-set and ability to handle complexityExcellent understanding of business data, budgeting and daily cost, financial reports, P&L, annual reports and audit reportsWell versed with all relevant statutory requirements and Health & Safety RegulationsProactive, energetic and have the ability to work under pressure.Good Computer skills in MS Office Suite and communication tools.
