You'll learn how to:
Provide first-line support to our clients Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting applications Monitor and maintain the computer system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware-software faults. Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles• Replacing parts as required and testing and evaluating new technology.

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship.
