Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship

Support children at different stages of development and abilities, ensuring every child feels valued and supported Help create a calm, stimulating and prepared learning environment inspired by the Montessori approach Encourage children’s independence through hands-on activities and exploration Support daily routines including meal times, outdoor play, and personal care Observe and support children’s individual development and learning journeys Work closely with experienced staff who will mentor and guide you throughout your apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 6.00pm. Shifts between these hours. Flexibility to work between 30 to 40 hours per week. This can be discussed with the employer if invited to interview.
