We’re hiring a Dining Room Manager for an intimate, high-touch Japanese concept in Atlanta. This is a polished, detail-driven environment where service is intentional, elevated, and guest experience is everything.

What you’ll do:

Lead the front-of-house team and own the dining roomDrive service standards, pacing, and overall floor executionCreate a warm, seamless, and highly attentive guest experienceTrain, coach, and develop a strong service teamManage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in fine dining or elevated hospitalityStrong floor presence — calm, organized, and hands-onHigh attention to detail and service standardsPassion for hospitality and team developmentWine/sake knowledge is a plus
