Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprentice

Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of pupils within the school Promote pupils' independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion Provide support to pupils 1:1, or in groups, to help them access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement Offer interventions with a group of targeted children to achieve their learning potential Carry out tasks relating to children’s learning and their welfare Be committed to the safeguarding of children and equal opportunities

Training:
You will attend online sessions and be required to produce written work Be observed during your real work activities Attend regular reviews with your training provider and supervisor

Training Outcome:
On completion of this apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to gain a permanent position and further development within the school

Monday- Friday 08:30- 15:30. Total working time is 30 hours per week, term time only.
