Start your day by checking the day’s furniture components and set up your workspace You will be hands‑on: sanding pieces, prepping surfaces, and learning how different timbers react You will move into staining, applying finishes evenly and fixing imperfections. Furniture Manufacturer Apprenticeship Standard. Company Training Plan & Assessment Level 2 Diploma in manufacturing - Knowledge & Skills (workplace) Level 1 Functional Skills - Maths (If required) Level 1 Functional Skills - English (If required) End Point Assessment at the end of the apprenticeship
