Trainee Manager / Duty Manager Apprenticeship

This role involves a full front-of-house position, requiring flexibility to cover reception duties, work behind the bar, assist with bar food ordering and waitering, and serve breakfast. It also includes carrying out light maintenance tasks as needed.

Training:

Training to take place at City College Norwich, typically once a week for a full day.

Training Outcome:

To potentially develop into a hotel manager.

Employer Description:

We are a 38-bedroom privately owned hotel based on Great Yarmouth seafront, we provide breakfast & a limited evening menu, we have a bar area also. Our guests are a mixture of workmen, company reps & people on holiday.

Working Hours :
Monday to Sunday Shift Patterns are 7.30am–3.00pm & 2.30pm–11pm.
