Your responsibilities may include:

After successfully completing the Level 3 IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship, the apprentice will typically progress into roles such as IT Support Technician, Service Desk Analyst, or Desktop Support Engineer. With further experience and development, there are opportunities to advance into more specialised or senior roles, including Systems Administrator, Network Engineer, Cloud Support Engineer, or Cybersecurity Analyst. The apprentice may also choose to continue their professional development through higher-level apprenticeships (such as Level 4 or Level 5 programmes) or industry-recognised certifications, supporting long-term career progression within the IT sector.

Working Hours :
