Job Title: Injection Moulding Setter
Location: Dorking
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join our clients growing manufacturing team based in Dorking. Key Responsibilities:

Setting and operating injection moulding machines to meet production requirementsCarrying out tool changes and machine start-upsEnsuring machines are running efficiently with minimal downtimeMonitoring product quality and making necessary adjustmentsTroubleshooting processing issues and implementing solutionsMaintaining a clean and safe working environmentWorking closely with production and quality teams to meet targets

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Injection Moulding Setter or similar roleStrong knowledge of injection moulding processes and materialsAbility to perform tool changes and machine adjustments independentlyGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing environmentAbility to work both independently and as part of a team
