About the Role
A well-established and highly respected heritage restoration and specialist construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of prestigious restoration and conservation projects across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile listed buildings and complex stonework projects, where quality and craftsmanship are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project costs from tender through to final accountPrepare valuations, variations, and cost reportsSupport procurement and subcontractor managementMonitor budgets and ensure financial efficiency across projectsWork closely with site teams and Contracts ManagersAssist with risk management and commercial strategyEnsure compliance with contractual requirementsAbout You
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within constructionExperience in heritage, restoration, or specialist subcontracting (highly desirable)Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial processesExcellent numerical and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesDegree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or similarWhat’s on Offer
