Our client is a well establish regional firm based in the West Midlands providing a wide area of law services nationwide.

Due to continued business success and growth they are now recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to who can really hit the ground running joining one of the top 30 conveyancing firms in the UK.
you will ideally have at least 6 months of experience in residential conveyancing and you will be assisting fee earners in all aspects of the conveyancing process on both freehold and leasehold matters.
this will include initial instructions, drafting legal documents, processing and agreeing contracts and obtaining documents and title deeds from the Land Registry.
