Financial Controller (FTC)

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Financial Controller to cover an extended period of maternity leave cover for our client situated in Ross-on-Wye.
Responsibilities

Management and control of the finance team (6) on day-to-day activities
Financial month-end scheduling / completion
Cash flow preparation
Financial budgets
Oversee UK audits
Operational Financial Compliance & Cost Control
Subsidiary Support (2 subsidiary companies & 1 sister company)
Management Reporting

Qualifications

ACCA/CIMA Qualification
Finance Team Management experience
Strong financial or management accounting background
Experience in a similar size business (£100mil + turnover)
Experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial

With beautiful offices just outside Ross-On-Wye, this role is commutable from Monmouth, Gloucester, Hereford, Ledbury and surrounding areas.
This role can be hybrid, with the possibility of working from home for 2/3 days a week after the first few months of getting to know the team and the role.
