Trainee Sales & Service Administrator Apprentice
Daily use of business software systems, including SAP Business One and Simpro (full training provided)
Inputting and maintaining new customer records
Processing sales orders and invoices
Assisting with booking and scheduling jobs within the Service Division
Preparing and issuing customer quotations
Placing purchase orders with suppliers and handling supplier queries
Managing incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers and suppliers
Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Liaising with engineers regarding bookings, queries, and support
Following up on quotations and new enquiries via email and telephone
Resolving delivery issues and order-related problems
Updating and distributing daily sales figures to staff as required
Supporting general office administration tasks
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
