Apprentice Office Administrator

Assist with allocating jobs to contracts using timesheet information Support clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records Help create and update job cards and ensure information is recorded correctly Assist in adding and monitoring hours on master job cards Work as part of a busy workshop office team, learning how to prioritise tasks effectively Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately Support the preparation of reports and general documentation Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner Carry out general administrative duties as required

Training:
Work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship (or relevant qualification) Receive on-the-job training and mentoring from experienced colleagues Develop skills in office systems, communication, and customer service

Training Outcome:

Could lead to a permanent position for the right person.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
