Customer Service Apprentice (Estate Agents)

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the lettings industry. 

Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:

Editing photos using Lightroom and Photoshop Drawing Floorplans Writing Property Descriptions Checking and Arranging EPCs Keeping the Window Displays up to Date Greeting Clients in the Office Answering the Phones and Dealing with Enquiries Possibly Viewing and Valuation Booking in Time

Position to start as soon as possible.



Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard The apprenticeship programme duration is 13 months Functional Skills in maths and English and ICT (if required) You will be based in the employer’s office, so you will gain 13 months of office-based training

Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time position will be available for the right candidate

From attending viewings, attending expert valuations and completing home sales, Bear will be with you every step of the way, keeping you up to date on the latest news of your home.



Working Hours :
Monday- Friday 8.45am- 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break)
