Transport Admin Apprenticeship

Handling calls, emails, customer queries and complaints Collating day sheets and supporting WeighSoft Allocating supplier PODs to invoices Collecting driver paperwork for invoicing Taking payments over the phone Assisting with dispatch coordination Supporting drivers with day‑to‑day queries Helping with basic accounts Providing cover on Reception and the Weighbridge

Training:
Traffic Operator Level 2 Monthly workshops 1:1 coaching Digital learning modules 20% of your paid hours will be spent on training

Training Outcome:

After completing the Level 2 Apprenticeship, we would encourage the successful applicant to move onto their Level 3 Transport qualification and progress in their career within the transport management sector.
