Main tasks include:

Supporting Children’s Learning - Assist in delivering activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development Daily Care - Help with feeding, changing, and personal care routines Creating a Safe Environment - Ensure the classroom or nursery is clean, safe, and welcoming Observing and Recording - Note children’s progress, behaviour, and milestones to inform planning Assisting Staff - Work under the guidance of qualified early years educators, helping with planning and supervising activities Engaging with Families - Support communication with parents about children’s needs and development
