Housing Solutions Apprentice

Recording accurate information so officers can undertake homelessness assessments Monitoring shared email inboxes, responding to enquiries and logging information Preparing and sending letters and emails, also following up that information Updating the case management system with new cases, appointments and outcomes Making and receiving telephone calls Learning basic legislation information, such as the Homelessness Reduction Act

Training:

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.



Training Outcome:

This is an exciting apprenticeship which opens doors to many avenues within the organisation.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 5.15pm Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm.
