L2 Health and Social Care Foundation Apprenticeship
On a typical day, the apprentice will support care staff to provide high-quality care to individuals while learning key skills in a real work environment.
Tasks may include:
Supporting individuals with daily activities and personal care Promoting independence and wellbeing Assisting with meals and hydration Communicating with service users and the care team Maintaining a clean and safe environment Completing basic records and following care plansTraining:
Level 2 Foundation apprenticeship in Health & Social Care The training will be delivered in the workplace with no requirement to attend College

Potential progression onto the Level 2 Adult Care Worker apprenticeship

Working Hours :
The support we deliver is 24hrs per day in the persons own home. The contract is a share of shifts including evening weekends and bank holidays. Night cover where needed could be wake night or sleep in.
