Apprentice Sheet Metal Worker & Fabricator

Main roles and responsibilities:

Read drawings, pick material, cut, fold, grind and weld Clean and inspect completed work Materials used are steel, aluminium, stainless steel, titanium and Inconel Contact with all members of staff and report to Richie Applicant will work within all aspects of the workshop

Training:
The learner will be studying the Engineering Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification Day release to West Suffolk College

Training Outcome:

Full-time role at the completion of the apprenticeship.

We are a specialist engineering workshop offering sheet metal fabrication, welding, and light engineering, with a focus on competition cars and motorcycles.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30, ½ hour for lunch.
