Providing day-to-day administrative support to teams across the Customer directorate Managing and maintaining records, trackers, and documentation accurately Assisting with data collation and basic reporting to support decision-making Communicating professionally with internal stakeholders and customers where required Learning how administrative processes support compliance, performance, and customer experience

Role within the customer directorate which could lead to other opportunities in the business.
