Customer Service Apprentice

The Role & Your Responsibilities:

You will learn all about working in a busy sales department.

Dealing with customer queries Responding to customers emails Daily data entry of orders via sage Transferring data from one source to another Quality checking data entered by the team

Training:

You will work towards a Customer Service Practitioner level 2 and functional skills maths and English if required.

You will attend day release sessions at National Business College in Huddersfield, one day per fortnight.



Training Outcome:

On completion the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work towards a Business Administrator level 3 or Customer Service Specialist level 3 depending on job role.

Founded in 2002, Highgrove Beds Ltd is an established business that uses time honoured tradition and knowledge to produce high quality of mattresses and divans. Highgrove Beds is based in Liversedge, a small town in West Yorkshire which is easily accessible by public transport.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
