Apprentice Service Advisor - Daimler Truck/Mercedes-Benz

Meeting and greeting customers and discussing the needs of their vehicle Raising job cards Liaising with Technicians in the workshop to check job status Managing your customers and their journey with us through clear and regular communication

Training:

This role will be based onsite in our Knowsley Truck dealership, where you will learn on the job and be mentored by an experienced Service Advisor. You will also attend online classes through Remit and complete assignments and coursework. There will be a tutor from Remit who will periodically come out to see you at our site. 



Training Outcome:

On completion of this apprenticeship, you can expect to become a qualified Service Advisor, and from there you can continue progressing to Service Manager, General Manager, and beyond.
