Job outline:

Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children placed in the setting Give support to the staff within the setting Work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn Build and maintain strong partnerships, working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met Ensure good standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social, and intellectual care for children placed in the setting Work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, develop and learn Build and maintain strong partnerships, working with parents to enable children’s needs to be met Ensure good standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are maintained at all times 

Training:

EPA (End Point Assessment) – Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a professional discussion underpinned by a portfolio. A knowledge test. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.

Training Outcome:

Progression to Level 3 or permanent position for the right candidate

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between 30 - 37.5hrs per week, the shifts will be discussed (rota basis).
