Apprentice Maintenance Operative

Property Maintenance: Carry out repairs to buildings, fixtures, and fittings, including tiling, plastering, and decorating. Plumbing & Carpentry: Fix leaking taps, faulty door locks, and damaged woodwork. Facilities Support: Move furniture, clear grounds, remove waste, and keep work areas tidy. Documentation: Record completed work, report issues, and manage inventory of materials used. Inspecting, fixing and maintaining equipment and machinery. Conducting preventative maintenance and identifying when items need upgrading or replacing.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4:30pm. Friday, 8.00am to 3:15pm, with a 30-minutes unpaid lunch break each day and two paid 15-minutes per day. A total of 40-hours per week.
