Providing Home Care to individuals in their own homes Assisting with Dressing, washing, toileting and all aspects of personal hygiene Assist with moving & handling Administering medication Preparing snacks and meals Feeding Companionship General cleaning duties Shopping tasks

Training:
Training will take place remotely and at work

Training Outcome:
To continue working as our team of carers to provide personalised care to individuals in the community

Employer Description:

We provide care and support to long term clients and also provide reablement care for clients returning home from hospital.

Working Hours :
Shifts, would be required to work a mixture of days and evenings with alternate weekend work.
