Acting as first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering telephone, and managing email correspondence
Accurately inputting data, updating records and maintaining databases, ensuring information is secure and confidential
Typing letters, reports and emails, printing, photocopying, scanning and filing documents
Ordering stationery and collecting mail

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard including:
Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours End-Point AssessmentTraining Outcome:
Possibility of a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Friday, 9.00am to 1.00pm.
