Daily duties will include:
Managing emails, post, and general correspondence Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate records Providing general administrative support across the business Reviewing and processing customer appeals Handling customer queries and complaints professionally Liaising with internal teams and external contacts Ensuring compliance with company policies and deadlinesTraining:
