Accounts Apprentice
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious ACA Apprentice to join our team as a Level 4 Accounting Technician apprentice.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their accountancy career who is keen to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a professional qualification. On successful completion of the Level 4 apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress onto Level 7 and continue your journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.
You will work alongside experienced accountants and advisers, supporting a varied portfolio of clients and gaining exposure to real-world accounting, tax and business advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
Managing effective data collection for a portfolio of clients Assisting with the preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies Supporting the preparation of VAT returns and bookkeeping for clients Assisting with basic tax computations Maintaining accurate accounting records using cloud-based software Communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks Studying towards the ICAEW Level 4 Accounting Technician qualification alongside your roleTraining:
BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
Training Outcome:
On successful completion of the Level 4 apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to progress onto Level 7 and continue your journey towards becoming a Chartered Accountant.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
