Apprentice Day Opportunities Manager

Working with ACL Essex, ECL are excited to be offering an 18 month Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship.
 
In this role, you will play an integral part in:

Supporting our customers to experience excellent day‑to‑day support Take part in social activities Develop life skills Build confidence to grow

As an apprentice, you will work alongside the Day Manager and Lead Manager, learning and contributing to team development, whilst undertaking responsibility of your personal development while gaining supervisory and managerial skills.

Training Outcome:
This position could be a stepping-stone into supervisory and managerial roles

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 (may include shifts - TBC upon appointment)
