All the calves are reared on the farm to 2 years old when they either enter the dairy herd or are sold for beef, mainly on the Aberdeen Angus scheme to Tesco. We have a flock of 230 Poll Dorset ewes which lamb in September/October. The lambs are sold through the Waitrose Scheme in February,March and April.
