Hairdressing Apprenticeship

Greet clients and prepare them for their appointments Shampoo, condition, and towel-dry clients’ hair Assist stylists with cutting, colouring, and styling services Prepare and mix hair colour products under supervision Keep workstations clean, tidy, and fully stocked Sterilise tools and equipment to maintain hygiene standards Sweep floors and dispose of hair and waste safely Make drinks for clients and ensure they are comfortable Book appointments and help manage the salon diary Handle basic reception duties, including answering phone calls Observe senior stylists to learn new techniques and trends Promote and recommend hair care products to clients Assist with blow-drying and basic styling tasks as skills develop Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Training:
Our training for Apprentices are all held on site at our three salons based in and around Salisbury Wiltshire 

Training Outcome:
Junior Stylist - Senior Stylist (progress through experience) Colour Specialist (focus on advanced colouring techniques) Cutting Specialist (precision cutting and styling) Salon Manager or Supervisor (manage staff and daily operations)
