Portrait Sales & Customer Experience Consultant Apprentice
Key Responsibilities
Make discovery calls to customers before their photoshoot — build rapport and set expectations Welcome customers on shoot day and ensure they have a great experience Conduct private viewing sessions — present portraits and guide product selection Present pricing and process orders and payments Follow up with customers — return viewings, reviews, and referrals Manage the booking diary and respond to phone and email enquiries Maintain the studio and viewing room to a high standardTraining:
Velocity apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, they will provide the skills necessary to succeed in the workplace and to expand future career prospects.
Throughout the apprenticeship, learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their programme.
Training Outcome:
The role offers long-term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

J Clare Limited are an award-winning portrait photography studio specialising in baby, family, and maternity photography, based in a new studio in Birmingham’s prestigious Jewellery Quarter. Their clients are predominantly new mothers and young families. We are looking for a warm, empathetic professional to own the customer experience from first contact through to delivery.
Working Hours :
Available to work Tuesday to Saturday (Saturday is busiest day). Days and times to be confirmed.
