Responding to customer queries and problems
Creating customer returns on the system on the same day
Processing customer returns within 48 hours
Closing all return cases within 2 weeks
Ensuring all refunds are authorised after 30days
Inspecting returned goods and packaging
Reporting on reasons for returns weekly
Responding to Ebay, Amazon, BackMarket and Paypal cases
File Online Marketplace Claims (A-Z Claim, SAFE-T Claim)
Improving Ebay, Amazon, Trustpilot account rating
Resolving courier queries
Submitting Customer Invoices
Logging and dispatching inventory for service customers
