Property Maintenance Apprentice
We are seeking a keen, motivated individual to join our team as an apprentice builder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry and gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines.
Our projects are primarily based in domestic properties throughout the West Midlands, giving you exposure to a wide range of residential building works and renovation projects.
As an apprentices builder, you will:
Assist experienced tradespeople across various areas of construction Gain practical experience in multiple disciplines within the building industry Support domestic renovation and improvement projects Prepare and maintain tools, equipment and work areas Follow Health & Safety procedures Learn to interpret basic drawing and instructions Develop practical skills through on the job trainingThe role is ideal for someone who is hardworking, enthusiastic, and looking to build a long term career in the construction industry.

Training:
Training will take place once a week at Kidderminster Colleges Green Technology Centre
Training Outcome:
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, a full time role within the company will be available

Each project is supported by a dedicated claim handler and completed by our own experienced teams, ensuring consistency, accountability, and high standards throughout.
Working Hours :
4 days a week working with Hogar Construction and 1 day a week at college. Shifts to be confirmed.
