Early Years Level 3 Apprenticeship - Bidford Bright Stars

As a level 3 apprentice you will be a key member of the nursery team, your daily activities may include:

Planning and implementing fun and educational activities with the children  Play alongside and with children to support their play Supporting children’s creative and imaginative experiences  Maintaining development records on key children  Supervising children at rest times and at mealtimes  Contributing to and promoting health and safety  Ensuring the play area is clean and tidy at all times  Working closely with parents and providing feedback on their child

This position would suit a candidate with a bubbly, outgoing personality who is able to work on their own initiative and is prepared to commit to the work required for an apprenticeship.

Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

Level 3 Early Years Educator Diploma End-Point Assessment (EPA) On the job training

Training Outcome:

The possibility of full-time employment following the apprenticeship may be available for the right candidate.

Bidford Bright Stars are an all-inclusive nursery, accessible to all and able to help with all children's development needs. Safeguarding is an important part of life at Bright Stars. All the staff are trained to keep the little Mission Cadets safe and help with any issues that might arise. Providing a safe, warm and friendly environment with all day care for children aged between three months and twelve years. The nursery can tailor their daily services to meet any requirements. All the staff and key workers are fully qualified and have many years experience in Childcare. Their aim is to promote positive development within all children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, emotional and social well being. They promote development and learning through lessons which balance structured activities and free flow play. The nursery provide a very safe, secure and nurturing environment for children to learn and develop.  

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday hours to be determined.
