Deliver safe, compassionate, and effective care aligned with SCT standards Support communication, swallowing, and cognitive rehabilitation programmes Develop foundational clinical skills relevant to Speech and Language Therapy Create a sustainable internal pathway into allied health professions Improve client outcomes related to communication, participation, and independence

Training:
The successful candidate must pass an interview with Essex university and be able to attend Colchester campus once a week

Training Outcome:
There is an oppertunity for the course to lead to a full Degree as an Allied Health professional

Working Hours :
Shift work, depending on needs of service. Weekends once a month minimum required and unsocial hours also required.
