Customer Service Apprentice
You will be responsible for:
Assisting with weddings and functions, including shutdown Able to manage a small team Checking guests upon arrival Supervising in the restaurant Greeting guests, checking guests into their rooms and checking them out Upselling to guests and working to maximize profitability. All aspects of bar work Ensuring all documentation is up to date and being hands-on in all aspects of the roleTo excel in this role, you should be a career-minded team player with a desire for a long-term position and be able to work independently and make your own decisions.
