Apprentice Care Worker
Assist people to access the community, appointments, outings
Follow Care plans and report any changes in individual to Senior Care worker
Support individuals with daily living tasks such as personal care
Work alongside experienced team members
Training:
Training will take place primarily in the workplace, supported by your employer and College Assesor. You will begin with a week induction at work, where you will complete all mandatory training.
Training Outcome:
Further career development within the organisation, including senior role

Working Hours :
This role involves flexible working hours in line with domiciliary care needs. Shifts will vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, depending on service user requirements.
