Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
Training Outcome:
Following the completion of the Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician - Light Vehicle Apprenticeship, there are then several career opportunities which can be pursued within the Motor Industry, including (but not limited to):

Car Planet has established a new "MEGA CENTRE" in Enfield to serve as their main preparation and service facility, featuring numerous ramps to handle high-volume vehicle servicing. With 50 ramps and over 50 technicians they are looking to take on an apprentice who is eager, enthusiastic, has good time management and is committed.
Working Hours :
However can be reduced to 12 months if you have prior learning or have completed the Autocare Apprenticeship (judged on an individual basis). Monday to Friday - Times to be confirmed. Possible weekend work.
