A Children's Charity are looking for Team Manager for their well-thought of Family Placement (Fostering) service.

This is a permanent position.

Your responsibilities as the Team Manager:

Overseeing a team of Social Workers
Quality Assurance
Supervision and Practice
Contribution to Business Development
Overseeing Foster Carer Recruitment & Attrition
Managing & contributing to Foster Carer & staff training
Maintaining equality & diversity


Requirements of you as Team Manager:

A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
Experience of working within a management position in Children's Social Work
Experience of working within Fostering, ideally in an Independent Fostering Agency or Charity
An excellent knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Fostering


Location: Glasgow

Salary Scale: £35,271 - £44,172 + benefits
