Mechatronics Apprentice – Manufacturing Environment Level 3

In this role, you’ll learn how to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated machinery and production systems while working alongside experienced engineers and technicians.

What you’ll do:

Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment Assist with fault finding on automated machinery Learn to read technical drawings and use workshop tools Contribute to continuous improvement projects on the shop floor

Enthusiasm for engineering and technology A practical mindset and willingness to learn Good problem‑solving skills Interest in robotics, automation, or electronics (a plus!) A great opportunity to earn while you learn and build a future career in manufacturing

Training:
Year 1 - 3 days in college/ 2 days in production on site Year 2- 1 day in college/ 4 days in production on site Year 3 -3 On site delivery at employers location
