Apprentice Warehouse Operative

Receive, check, and store incoming goods and raw materials Pick and pack items required for production or customer orders Move materials between warehouse and manufacturing areas Load and unload delivery vehicles safely Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory systems Conduct regular stock checks and assist with stock control Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks or forklifts (if trained/licensed) Operate CNC machines/Laser cutting machines - Full training given Ensure products are stored correctly to prevent damage or loss Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organised, and safe Follow company health and safety procedures at all times

Training:
This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Derby Road Campus This attendance is required during term time only

You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.

You will experience a blended learning model.

Training Outcome:
We have so much scope for progression throughout the business, so at the end of the apprenticeship we hope to be able to offer a full time, permanent position
