IT Support Apprentice
What you’ll be doing:
As an IT Support Apprentice, you’ll play a key role in delivering technical support and assisting with IT projects.
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing first-line technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems Logging, updating and managing support tickets accuratelyTroubleshooting common IT issues within agreed service levels Configuring laptops, desktops and mobile devices Installing software and ensuring devices remain secure and operational Supporting Microsoft systems, hardware setups and documentation tasks Occasionally attending customer sites alongside experienced engineers
Training Outcome:
90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completion. This is 20% higher than the national average.
