Provide first-line support for IT queries  Assist with installing and configuring hardware and software  Help maintain network systems and troubleshoot connectivity issues  Monitor system performance and update IT records  Support cybersecurity practices and data protection compliance  Assist with system upgrades and new technology implementation  Maintain accurate documentation and asset registers  Provide administrative support for IT projects 

Training:
Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate may be chosen to have a full-time role after completing their apprenticeship
