What You’ll Be Doing
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes to:
Live independently and confidently Stay safe, respected and well-cared for Stay connected with family, friends and their community Achieve personal, meaningful outcomes
Your day may include:
Helping with washing, dressing and personal care Supporting with medication, meals and hydration Providing companionship and emotional support Supporting people to get out, attend appointments, or stay connected locally Recording and sharing important information with families and professionals Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day a little brighter.Benefits

Training:
Paragon Skills is an award-winning, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’, national apprenticeship provider inspiring over 10,000 learners annually and working with over 3000 businesses to deliver apprenticeships in a high-quality, consistent way. Our dedicated focus on the Care and Education sectors means we are deeply rooted within these sectors and have in-depth knowledge and understanding of what is required from a training perspective. Upon completion of this 12 month Apprenticeship, you will have obtained your Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
There is a possibility of being offered a full time role after successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
