Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer - Commercial Building - Hampshire - Immediate start - £19.48 per hour

CBW is currently recruiting an Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial estate located in Hampshire. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance. They will be required to carry out M&E planned and reactive maintenance.  

Hours/Details:
Monday to Friday08:00am to 17:00pmContract type: Ongoing contractVehicle + fuel card
Key duties & Responsibilities:
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readingsGeneral building fabricMonitor mechanical plantPumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Requirements:
Electrically or mechanically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesCity & Guilds/NVQ Level 2&3City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition if electrically biasA proven track record in commercial or property maintenanceInstallation experienceExcellent customer service skillHonest, hard-working and reliableUK driving lisence needed
