Mechanical Shift Engineer  - Commercial Building - Leeds - Immediate start - £17.85 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in Leeds. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Mechanical Maintenace Engineer to cover a commercial site.  He or she will carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Key duties & ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenance HVAC Systems  Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Maintain and update Log booksPlumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motors  
Requirements
